All approved returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Credit card accounts will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), please allow 10-15 business days for receipt and processing of your return. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Replacement item(s) will be credited to the original form of payment and a new order of the exact ordered item(s), pending availability, will be placed for replacement item(s). Availability of replacement item(s) is not guaranteed. Please allow 10-15 business days for receipt and processing of your exchange.
