Due to the personalized nature of custom accessories, all custom Stwrap sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each product is made uniquely for your order and cannot be resold.
Production and Lead Times
Stwrap products are made through a multi-step process that includes printing, doming, curing, assembly, and shipping. Production times vary based on order size. Timelines below reflect manufacturing time only. Shipping time is added after production is complete.

We offer a discounted $3.95 flat shipping on orders under $35.

Bulk Custom Program (100+ Units)
Bulk custom orders start at 100 units and require proof approval and production scheduling.
- MOQ: 100 units
- Production: 20–30 days after proof approval (volume dependent)
- Default packaging: bulk poly bagging (up to 1,000 units per bag)
- Optional retail-ready packaging: add a packaging card for +$0.45 per unit
- Shipping: billed separately (no free shipping)
Custom PMS Case and Band Colors
If you require custom PMS-matched case and band colors (beyond standard options), the minimum order quantity is 20,000 units. Contact us for a quote.
