SHIPPING & PROCESSING POLICY

We currently ship orders within the United States only.


1. PROCESSING TIMES (PRODUCTION & HANDLING)

Processing time is the time required to prepare your order for shipment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

In-Stock Items Ships the next business day.
Stwrap 2.0 Bag Tags (New Production) Ships within 3 business days.
Custom 2.0 Stwraps (1–29 Units) Up to 3 business days for production prior to shipment.
Bulk & Corporate Orders (30+ Units) 15–30 business days from final artwork approval, depending on mass quantity.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Most orders ship via USPS. Delivery speed estimates begin once your order has shipped. Carrier options may vary based on order size and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery after the order ships.

3. PROMOTIONAL FREE SHIPPING

When Stwrap, LLC. offers promotional free shipping (e.g., "Free Shipping on orders over $50"), the following terms apply:

  • Validity: The promotion is valid only for the specified duration and is subject to the terms announced in the promotion.
  • Threshold: Your order subtotal must meet the stated minimum purchase requirement (if applicable) before taxes and after any other discounts are applied.
  • Shipping Method: Promotional free shipping is typically shipped via the lowest-cost option (Standard Shipping).
  • Exclusions: Unless explicitly stated in the promotion details, all existing exclusions still apply. Promotional free shipping generally does not apply to Wholesale, Merchandiser, or Bulk & Corporate orders.

4. GENERAL FREE SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS

Free Shipping applies only to orders purchased on www.stwrap.com. Free Shipping does not apply to the following order types:

  • Wholesale orders
  • Merchandiser displays
  • Custom orders
  • International shipments (not currently offered)

5. ORDER UPDATES, TRACKING, & ACCURACY

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (when available).
  • Missing Package: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us.
  • Address Accuracy: Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Delays & Exceptions: Weather events, carrier disruptions, and peak-season volume can occasionally extend delivery times. These circumstances are outside our control, but we will do our best to help.

6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For returns, please follow the detailed instructions in our Return Policy. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
