STWRAP, LLC. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We take pride in offering high-quality Stwrap products. If you have any problems with merchandise purchased from www.stwrap.com, please review our policy below.


1. ELIGIBILITY AND RETURN WINDOW

Detail Requirement
Return Window 5 days from the purchase date.
Condition Item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging. (All items are inspected before shipping.)
Proof of Purchase Valid Order Number and receipt from www.stwrap.com are required.
Third-Party Purchases We do not accept returns or refunds for Stwrap® products purchased from external retailers.

2. PRODUCT SPECIFIC USAGE AND WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

The Stwrap bag tag is designed and tested for use on a standard 1-inch (1") to 1.5-inch (1.5") strap or lanyard.

Misuse Voids Return: Returns will not be accepted if the product exhibits damage caused by misuse, including, but not limited to:

  • Overstretching the elastic band beyond the intended 1.5-inch capacity.
  • Forcing or pulling the cases apart.
  • Peeling or attempting to remove the urethane dome or the underlying image from the case.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (EXCEPTIONS)

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Damage from Misuse: Any item damaged due to overstretching, forcing components apart, or peeling the dome/image, as detailed in Section 2.
  • Custom Products: Any product that was customized, personalized, or made to order.
  • Wholesale Items: Any bulk project sold at wholesale prices via www.stwrap.com. (Note: Damages or errors on wholesale orders must be reported immediately upon receipt.)
  • Altered Products: Any product that has been worn, used, washed, or altered from its original condition.
  • Final Sale Items: In-stock items that are sold at a special, heavily discounted "Final Sale" price.

4. THE RETURN AND REPLACEMENT PROCESS

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number to be processed.

  1. Obtain RA Number: Email us at support@stwrap.com. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return (refund or replacement).
  2. Approval: Stwrap, LLC. must approve all returns or exchanges and provide you with a unique RA number before you ship the item back.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item(s) and include your original order receipt, along with the RA number clearly written on a note inside the package.
