Where We Ship
We currently ship orders within the United States only.
Processing Times
- In-stock items: Ship the next business day via USPS. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery.
- Stwrap 2.0 Bag Tags (new production): Ship within 3 business days after your order is placed.
- Custom 2.0 Stwraps: Please allow up to 3 business days for production prior to shipment.
- Bulk & Corporate Premium orders: 15–30 business days from artwork approval, depending on quantity.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Most orders ship via USPS. Delivery speed estimates begin once your order has shipped. Carrier options may vary based on order size and destination.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping applies only to orders purchased on
www.stwrap.com. Free Shipping does not apply to international shipments (not currently offered), wholesale orders, merchandiser displays, or custom orders.
Order Updates & Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (when available). If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us.
Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delays & Exceptions
Weather events, carrier disruptions, and peak-season volume can occasionally extend delivery times. These circumstances are outside our control, but we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
For returns, please follow our Return Policy instructions (including sending returns to the address listed there). You are responsible for return shipping costs.
